Fed: Family baffled by Aust man's disappearance in Spain
SYDNEY, Jan 16 AAP - Family and friends of an Australian man who vanished from a Spanishtrain are baffled by his disappearance.
Australian diplomats have joined local police in searching for 26-year-old Thomas Powell,from Melbourne, who was last seen drinking at a bar on a train two weeks ago.
A Department of Foreign Affairs spokeswoman said Australia's ambassador to Spain TimGeorge had now written to the Spanish minister for the interior to request help from localpolice and authorities in finding him.
