Fed: PM says humanitarian costs of war on his mind
Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD says Australia is weighing up the humanitarian costs ofa war in Iraq and is ready to boost funding to aid agencies to rebuild the nation.
Mr HOWARD's comment is in response to an open letter yesterday from 30 aid agenciesconcerned at the humanitarian crisis arising from war in Iraq.
